by owning one of my designs, you automatically agree to these terms.
breach of these terms may result in either a warning or immediate blacklist at my own discretion.

✸ Payment

♦ I accept payment via PayPal (preferred) or ko-fi only. Please understand that most alternative payment methods are not available outside of the US, and as such I cannot use venmo/cashapp/etc♦ I do not do refunds--all character sales are final. Do not file a chargeback if you no longer want the design. If you no longer wish to keep it, resell or trade it. A chargeback will result in ownership revoked + permanent blacklist and public warning.♦ If no hold or plan has been agreed upon, I expect full payment within 24 hours of a sale--if I don't hear back from you after this time, the character goes back up for sale.♦ Holds and/or payment plans may be accepted on a case by case basis. Please communicate openly and have dates and amounts prepared--I am less likely to accept without concrete planning. I prefer if payment plans are done in no more than two parts.♦ I may be open to accepting vouchers, though the need for one--as well as who is paying for the voucher for you--MUST be clearly communicated to me in the initial offer. Failure to do so will result in a strike and 1 month greylist period. I may decline voucher requests at my own discretion.♦ Ghosting, or otherwise failure to provide due payment, will result in a strike and one month greylist period, during which you will not be permitted to purchase from me. After two strikes, you will be permanently blacklisted.♦ Do not delete bids or offers, and message me privately if you absolutely must revoke your bid in case of an emergency. I am overall lenient and understanding of unforeseen life circumstances, and likely will not strike or greylist if inability to pay is communicated to me personally, unless it is a frequent and repeated occurence, or done so for flippant or impulsive reasons.

✸ Ownership & Transfers

♦ If purchased, you CANNOT sell for more than you paid, unless it comes with extra art. You may add value along with your own work, as well as added commissions and trades at your own discretion. I am overall pretty lax about worth, just be reasonable and don't inflate prices. Selling for more than a character is worth (price gouging) will result in a permanent blacklist.♦ Designs of mine received in a trade may be resold for their current value. I only ask that you continue to price characters fairly and not gouge their worth (i.e. if the character was worth $100 when traded to you, you can resell it for $100, but no more unless extra art is added). If it didn't have a disclosed worth when traded, you can price it fairly as you wish; use the character you traded as a reference point and be reasonable. As above, if caught price gouging, it will result in a permanent blacklist. Please do not also trade for my work in an attempt to solely make money off it. I want to be lax about this rule, but will roll back on it and prohibit sale of traded characters if I see people repeatedly abusing it. (if you are unsure of pricing, feel free to DM me and I can help out!)♦ You are allowed to make any edits to the design as you see fit, but please always credit me as the original designer. I do not mind if you draw over the original art and upload it as an alt, but please always credit me as the original artist! (I would prefer if alts were credited with an external link so as not to clog my art tab.) The original unedited artwork must always remain in a character's gallery, though you may put it in a separate tab or keep the image hidden. Please do not delete artwork.♦ Tradelocks of my designs are strictly prohibited. You may not place strict or binding terms upon my designs, nor control who it is traded to or what is done with it once you have relinquished ownership. Priority pings are permitted, but are not to be treated as a soft tradelock and simply a courtesy.♦ I do not allow co-owns. Furthermore, any additional profiles of characters (outside of tabs linked to the original character) are likewise prohibited. Any design without direct designer/creator credits to myself (corvidcalling) is considered invalid.♦ I will only revoke ownership of a design in the event of a chargeback.

✸ Miscellaneous

♦ I personally do not mind others taking inspiration from my designs, so long as they don't look identical and inspiration is used to create something different. However, please be aware of and respectful of the character owner's individual boundaries and preferences, if it is not owned by myself. One for one colorpicking and direct copies of my work may receive a warning or blacklist at my own discretion.♦ I do not mind if you create charms/prints/merch of your character for personal use--you do not need to ask permission! I do not give out commercial licenses for my art and designs, however.♦ The use and reproduction of my art and designs for NFTs/blockchain/cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
